Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system. Using light, rhythmic movements helps to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid, reducing swelling, supporting detoxification, and boosting the immune system.
This treatment is deeply relaxing while also highly effective in promoting recovery from injury, surgery, or periods of illness. It can also help with fluid retention, puffiness, and feelings of heaviness in the body. Many clients find it beneficial for improving skin health, aiding digestion, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
Packages
Our packages are designed to give you consistent care, whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for an event, or simply prioritising your health.
Each package can be tailored to include a mix of sports massage and lymphatic drainage sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose what your body needs most.

You might be wondering…
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website; simply click “Book Appointment” at the top or of any page. Unsure on what to book? Send us an email via our contact form.
How long should my initial appointment be?
On your initial appointment, it is recommended that you have a minimum of 45 minutes. This is to fit in time for the initial consultation (this usually takes around 15 minutes).
How does Sport Massage differ from regular massage?
Sport massage focuses on working through a range of muscle depths and pressures to encourage soft tissue healing. Although there is also a therapeutic effect (just like in regular massage), we put more focus on techniques that promote muscle recovery.
Do I have to be involved in sport to have a Sport Massage?
Sport massage is suitable for anyone who feels that they are experiencing muscle tightness and could benefit from deep tissue massage. This could be upper back tightness due to working at a desk, lower limb tightness from regular dog walking, or just general tightness from day to day life!
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to give you your full session time, but it may need to be shortened; the full fee will still apply.
