These Terms & Conditions govern both the use of the Phelan Well website and the provision of physiotherapy and massage services. By using this website, booking, or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Phelan Well is a physiotherapy and sports massage practice based in Southampton, UK.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional physiotherapy and massage services, including but not limited to:

Physical assessments and consultations

Manual therapy and rehabilitation

Sports massage

Lymphatic drainage massage

Personalised exercise programmes

Onward referral and self-management plans

3. Eligibility for Treatment

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical history.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

For certain conditions, a referral from a doctor may be required.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened without a fee reduction.

5. Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, debit/credit card, and insurance schemes (subject to provider approval).

Prices are subject to change, but you will be informed in advance.

Insurance claims must be processed by the client unless otherwise arranged.

Packages and gift vouchers must be paid in full upfront and are non-transferable.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is confidential and securely stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

We will not share your personal data without consent, except where required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

Follow treatment and rehabilitation plans as advised.

Inform us of any pain during treatment or changes in your health.

Attend appointments on time and comply with clinic policies.

8. Liability & Risk

Physiotherapy and massage may involve some risks, including temporary discomfort.

Phelan Well is not liable for injuries arising from failure to follow instructions.

Clients participate in treatments at their own risk and should seek medical advice if needed.

9. Website Use

By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully. You must not:

Copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.

Upload or transmit any harmful or offensive material.

Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

10. Complaints & Disputes

Concerns should be raised promptly so they can be addressed.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to beth@phelanwell.co.uk.

Disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action is considered.

11. Amendments
