Health and Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant health information before receiving treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase risk of injury and void liability coverage.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are accepted only when available. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients’ appointments. The full session fee still applies.

Payment Terms

Payments are due at the time of service unless arranged in advance. We accept cash and credit/debit card payments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Confidentiality

All personal and medical information provided by clients is kept confidential and used solely for therapeutic and administrative purposes, in compliance with privacy laws.
